outlook express

Working in MS Office Picture Manager.
How can I launch Outlook Express from there instead of default to Outlook
2003?

The 2 programs are different. OE is a Windows program, while Outlook is an
Office program. They are not related, despite the names. Which one is your
default program? If you make OE the default, when you pick 'send a picture to
a mail recipient' in Picture Mgr, OE will open. Set the default email in
Internet Options, Programs.
