Outlook Express stationery in Outlook 2003

I've downloaded it, but when I go into "Tools", "Options" "Mail Format" then
"Stationery Picker", it's not there. And when I try to make one myself, I
get several images on the e-mail instead of one that will expand/contract
with the size of the message. HELP!

Make sure you have selected "HTML" format in Tools | Options | Mail Format.
Then, the Stationary Picker should appear.

For some reason, my e-mails aren't coming through from Microsoft. Can you
use OE stationary in 2003? I really liked Incredimail, but Outlook is so
much better for my business, and I can't use two different programs. 2003
just needs better stationary options. If you could offer assistance, that
would be great!
