No "New" Selection in Outlook Stationery picker

I'm trying to create my own new stationery for Outlook, but the Help
directions tell me to go to "tools" then "options" then "mail format" then
"stationery picker" and select "new". There is no "new". How do I create
new stationery? Thanks.

Hi John,
If you are using WORD as your E-mail editor,you must set the staitionary in
the WORD program. Open WORD / TOOLS / OPTIONS / GENERAL tap / E-mail options /
PERSONAL STATIONARY. Choose one from the samples .
