Outlook outlook express problem after installing language pack

Hi,
in outlook express you normaly have attachment icon in the right corrner of the massage bar - where you see the sender name and title

after installing language pack on XP, this icon s gone, since MS language pack instaler is baddish, but I know that this icon can be restored - I think you have to make registry changes. Anyone know the procedure
