I just installed 2000 Pro on a new 30 gig HD running 512
med of DDR memory. After initial install, OE worked fine.
Now, whenever I try accessing that mail account I get an
error message saying that "OE cannot be started because
MSOE.dll could not be loaded." That files is in the
directory (and I downloaded another one and put it in
my 'download' files just in case). At the samt time this
occurred, the 4 little icons that appear when mousing over
a picture, file, etc. (save, print, e-mail) stopped
appearing. What have I misconfigured and how can I
correct this? (BTW - all updates for 2000 pro and Internet
Explorer have been loaded - but in the TOOLS/INTERNET
OPTIONS/GENERAL menu, I do NOT have a control
under "Temporary Internet Files" to delete Cookies)
