Outlook express missing address book with new Win Xp installation

Crashd hard disk, new hard disk Win XP installation.
Outlook Express does not install properly, misses the address book ,
cleaned completely ( Hkey etc and system32 & dllcache forlders, New IE 6
misses installino folders.

Can any one help with all the folders info and the files, I am trying NOT
to do a new Hard disk install, MS gives a lot of problems to give the
activation code.

I need procedures or solutions with steps to install properly THANKS

Russ: I do not know why this is happening I spent many minutes with my ISP
technical people because I tried to subscribe to the news groups and she told
me that RoadRunner ( my ISP) has quite supporting the news groups since June
2008.

Maybe different routing ?>

I spent time with the ISP that indicated that they were not supporting
nrewsgrous any longer , they ccould not supply to me a NNTP , the rest is
inmaterial, and If I am using this newsgroup is something that to at thie
time I can not spend the time to investigate the reasons and what nots.

I have a problem with outlook express and that is what in need to solve,
also, I am using another computer to be able to access this group., that
could be the reason and may nto need a NNTP.

You're accessing the newsgroups with your web browser See the UTL up there
in the Address line? Change the string reading
"microsoft.public.outlook.installation" to
"microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general". Alternatively, click here:
nntp://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general . Since
this uses a Microsoft NNTP server and bypasses your ISP altogether, it's not
relevant whether or not your ISP carries the newsgroups.
