outlook express error

I get the error message come up saying low disc space or low memory

what do I have to do

Which "low disc space or low memory"?

Failure to compact can cause this type of problem.

Try placing the cursor on Outlook Express in the Folder List, select
File, Work Offline followed by File, Folder, Compact All.

You should then use Disk CleanUp to Empty your Recycle Bin and Remove
Temporary Internet Files. Select Start, All Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, Disk CleanUp. Also whilst in Disk CleanUp select More
Options, System Restore and remove all but the latest System Restore
points. Whenever you remove
redundant files you should always run Disk Defragmenter by selecting
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Defragmenter.
