1. What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

2. What is the virus/malware status of the computer? If you think it is
clean, what did you do to determine this? Names and versions of
programs, whether your antivirus subscription is active and if the
virus definitions are current, please.

3. How do you connect to the Internet? Method and ISP.

Incredimail is a nasty piece of work that shares its settings with OE. I
suspect that you should just reset your mail account settings in OE. Do
this by going to your ISP's website where they will undoubtedly have a
page showing how to set up Outlook Express with their mail servers.

If I send mail to myself I will get it. I've asked my family to e-mail me
every day and I get nothing. I've tryed all the other things that have been
said here and I stell get nothing. I think I just need to reinstall windows
XP,but I've not had time to work on that. Thanks meme

I really don't think you need to install XP for this issue. I do think,
however - without meaning to hurt your feelings in any way - that it
would be sensible for you to have a computer professional come over and
set you up properly and give you a bit of training. Again, I'm not
saying this to hurt your feelings but just being practical.

Thank you, you are so right, I just thought with a little help I could do it
myself. I thank all of you for helping. meme

If you're receiving some but not all messages, there's nothing wrong with
OE, IE or Windows and there's no need to reinstall any of them.

1. Look in OE: Tools > Message Rules > Blocked Senders: Are any of the
senders whose messages you're not getting listed here somehow?

2. If it's a POP3 account, does your ISP use any sort of anti-spam
filtering? Do you (e.g., Norton AntiSpam, McAfee Spam Killer, etc.)?

3. Is it a Hotmail account?
