Outlook Express 6 to Outlook 2003

Is there any way to transfer my address book and emails from my old computer
that used outlook express to my new laptop that uses outlook 2003 and if so
please tell me how.

You must transfer your data to OE first. Then you can import into Outlook.
If you don't know how to transfer to OE, ask in an OE group.
