Outlook Express 6: Attachments greyed out

Hello y'all:

Roger McNally here using Outlook Express 6. I'm not able
to save my attachemnts (mostly image files) because
the "save attachments" is greyed out in all areas. What
gives? I can see the attachments in my e-mail, but cannot
save the images using the "save attachments" options.
Your kind help is most appreciated.

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...
