Outlook Express 6.0

Running WinXPHome. Desktop icon gets me to Outlook Express Inbox, but I have
lost the line at top of screen that begins with Create New Message and
includes the red delete cross, also Send/Receive. How can I get this back?

If you still have the standard toolbar (the one the has File,
Edit, View, etc.) right click on an open area and click on
Toolbar from the menu that pops up. Alternatively, you can go
to View and select Layout from the menu. Make sure Toolbar is
checked.

As an aside, this question really belongs in the Outlook
Express newsgroup. If my suggestion does not resolve you
problem, you might want to post your question to that
newsgroup.
