Outlook Express 6.0 - Not Sending Email

When I send a message in Outlook Express, it actually sends, but it doesn't
realize it has been sent. It holds it in the Outbox and continues to send it
again and again unless I move it to another folder. It never shows up in the
Sent Items folder.

Any ideas?
