Outlook.exe - Entry Point not found

Having downloaded Office XP SP3 I now get the following
error message every time I open Outlook Today "THE
PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT GETIUMS COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE
DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY MSDART>DLL"

I HAVE TRIED TO UNINSTALL OUTLOOK AND REINSTALL IT< BUT
THE PROBLEM NOW PERSISTS< AND MICROSOFT WONT HELP> DOES
ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND KNOW HOW TO FIX IT>

This may be a long shot, but search for the file MSDART.DLL (you probably
have to unhide protected OS files and show hidden files in Windows Explorer
| Tools | Folder Options | View). It's probably in C:\Windows\System32. Make
a copy of it and rename that copy to msdart32.dll. Now restart Windows.

Any different?
