Outlook Error

When I try to send a Word document as File>Send To> Mail Receiptent I get the
following message: Outook has a fatal error. The data in the envelope was
lost, but the document is still availabe. Why can't I use this feature?

Is Outlook (not Express) the same version as Word? Versions must match. Is it
the default email program in Internet Options, Programs? Is it setup
correctly and can you send and receive mail? Are you using POP mail?
