Outlook email failure to send

I have been using Office 2010 Beta but I have the same fault with Outlook in
Office 2007
Early in the morning I can send messages to a single contact and to up to
three groups but a few emails (about 10) have been sent then I can send no
more; if I wait a few hours then I may be able to send the same number as
earlier in the day but then everything stops again.
I have read of "quotas" inposed in case a person should be sending "Spam"
but this is ridiculous as the email addresses I am using are in three Groups
of well under 50 contacts in each one with one having the one contact only.
I have cleared out all of my unwanted messages although my allowance for
retention is up at about 2gb and I am well below that.

Can anybody help. please?

Any "quotas" that are imposed are imposed by the mail service provider.
Outlook has no quotas of that nature.
