Outlook contacts

In my contacts display, when I create a new folder it automatically makes 2
folders i.e. Family then makes makes up Family in personal folder. I would
only like to see 1 in the Contacts selection, butt figure out how to remove
the doubles or prevent them occurring.

Perhaps you could include some information that would allow us to understand
your question, like the Outlook version and view to which you are referring.
Don't make us try to guess what you mean.
