Outlook Contacts

How can I expand the notes part of my contact information screen. When the
detailed list comes up the notes part only shows partial information. When
I print out the contact list I need all the notes to show. Can this be
done. Is there a place where I can format this to show more characters ex:
now may show up to 500 characters and I would like to make it show up to
1000 characters.

help! I don't want to print each out individually to be able to see all the
notes.
