Outlook can not find vpmsece.dll?

On launching Outlook, it now gives me a message that it can't find \Program
files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll. Is this file neccessary, where can I get another
copy of it, or can I get to program to stop telling me about it? If you can
answer this, please reply to (e-mail address removed)

The Symantic website has knowledge base article on this subject. It seems
they want you to upgrade or update, but read the information on their site:

This error message occurred when we updated Norton. Research indicated that
we did, indeed, need to update again to get rid of the error message. The
second upgrade did remove it. It's a nuisance but you can cancel through and
keep working until you can perform the second NAV upgrade. Good luck!
