cannot find dll

Hello:

A user of mine keeps getting an error message either upon opening Outlook
2000 or by just accessing his Deleted Items folder.

Following is the paraphrased error message:

Cannot find the file C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll. The file may be
missing or system resources may be low.

Has anyone dealt with this before and fixed it? Please tell me how.

Thanks!

What operating system are you using? If you are using XP Pro, then try going
to C:\Windows and either renaming or deleting "extend.bat" (renaming may be
safer), if it's not in that folder then try this one: C:\Documents and
Settings\(users folder)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
Close outlook, and re-open it (logged on as user). That file you
renamed/deleted will be recreated.

That's "extend.dat"
