Outlook Business Contact Manage History Malfuntion

This is quite frustrating, I spent the time 1st to install BCM then to
transfer my contacts as needed to BCM, Started tracking multiple phone calls,
appointment dates, tasks associated with each contact over the past month,
only to open them up this morning to find a complete list of my current inbox
items and no information I had attached? Then reading this resource to find
that it is a known version issue and telling me to upgrade to V2.
Question: If I upgrade to V2 will the history be restored??
Again this is very frustrating and a very large waste of my time and
resources for a product that doesn't work as it should. Not to mention the
information lost for my customers… Thanks Microsoft!!

Hi

Can you check if Business Tools is avaliable if not enable the same by going
to help > about microsoft outlook > disabled items

All is good, I upgraded to V2 and everything that I had was restored...still
kind of uneasy...

(Nothing showed up in Disabled items and Biz tools is in the top row)
