outlook blocked access

[Admin]

I have exchange 2000 with AD and outlook 2003 as a client application
some one from outside send me an attachment file with extension .pst but I
can not received
and the error on outlook was "outlook blocked access to the following
potentialu unsafe attachments: name.pst
any one know how to solve the problem

I know one of the ways is to use OWA (Outlook Web Access) to log into your
mailbox and detach the attachment.

attachment?

you can't "deny" - you can block - and pst file format should be blocked if
you have the most recent patches for your version. You can block file types
outlook doesn't by adding file types to the level1 keys.
