outlook BCM boot up - error

When I attempt to open Outlook 2003 an error message pops up stating that
Business Contact manager encountered a problem and needs to shut down. When
I attempt to open in safe mode, nothing happens. I then attempt an detect
and repair which does nothing either. What should I look for next. FYI -
you are helping someone who not computer savvy.....

Hi dgpage,

Can you please try creating a new Outlook profile and running BCM startup
wizard? You can do that by going to Control Panel --> Mail --> go to
Profiles and create a new profile. Open Outlook in that profile and run BCM
startup wizard.

If this does not work, try re-installing BCM.
