BCM Error closes Outlook

BCM error comes up when I open outlook (SP2) 2003.

I have updated BCM /sp2 but it is still happening.

It says, BCM has encournted an error and needs to close. I uncheck start BCM
etc., but outlook keeps restarting itself with this error. I tried repair
and detect without any change.

Should I uninstall BCM? If so, how? It is the Pro edition of Office.

Go to control panel, mail (if you are not in classic view, it's in User
accounts -> mail)
Go to data files
Remove the line that starts with Business Contacts
Click OK to get out of that applet and restart Outlook
You can re-add BCM later from File -> Manage Data Files later in Outlook
