outlook and user accounts

We have four user accounts on our home computer. Only my
wife uses outlook. Incoming email messages are landing in
all the user account outlooks. She has to go into each
user account to check for messages. How can we arrange it
so all email messages can be funneled into her account
and be viewed there?

Go into Outlook (do you mean Outlook or Outlook EXPRESS?) in each user and
remove the email account. Then O (or OE) will not download mail in that
user.

If it is outlook she can create a rule using the rules wizard to take the email from her account and put it into a specified folder.
Might not be a bad idea to do that for every user on the system they would each have a folder with only their mail in it.
