Outlook 2007 wants to be reinstalled

My wife and I have Vista Home Premium. I have the 64-bit version and she
has the 32-bit version. On mine I'm the Administrator and we both have
user accounts. On her system she is the administrator and we have user
accounts. We also have Office Professional on both computers, but only my
wife's user account on my computer includes office. Today she logged onto
her user account on my computer and tried to check her email. Outlook 2007
opened and her email from 2 week ago displayed (the last time she used ot
on my computer). We then got (get) messages that windows is configuring
outlook and the we have to run set-up. Outlook then closes. Any idea
what's happening and how to fix it?

It worked properly. The last mail on it is date 8/11. I update
regularly so I suppose there were updates, but I don;t know which or
when. I have no problem with any of the Office products when I log in.
Sorry I don't have more detail.

Diane Poremsky [MVP] formulated on Sunday :
Did it work correctly when she used it before? Did any windows or office
updates installed?

Mine does the same thing or tells me MSVCR80.dll is not installed. It is very frustrating I can find no help anywhere with this problem.
