Outlook and preformatted email messages

I have been a Euorda user forever and am considering moving to Outlook 2003.

Eudora provides "stationary" that is NOT like Outlook stationary. These are
pre-written responses - messages containing pre formatted information - that
can easily be sent by clicking of the specific "stationary" (which opens the
document in a new email window), providing the email address and the
recipients name to the email body.

OK - does Outlook 2003 provide this functionality?

If so, what is it called and where can I learn about it?

Thanks so much!

You can do the same thing with Signatures. Tools, Options, Format,
Signatures. You'll have to create them then use Insert>Signature in the
email. I write up form letters for use in emails using signatures.

Signatures are NOT what you are looking for: Templates ARE.
Have a look here:

and scroll down to the paragraph: Setting up an Email Template
