Outlook 2003 and Templates

New to using Outlook 2003 and am wondering if I can set up template with
prewritten text that I can use when sending new messages associated with
certain replies that I want to have such as a thank you note for instance.
Does the stationary function provide for this? I am used to this
functionality in Eudora.
