Outlook and Network Accesible Storage

I have a home network consisting of 1 desktop, 2 laptops, and 1 Palm PDA.

I wish to share Office 2003 on the network. If i use a device, such as
Linksys NAS, can I install Office on all computers, and the data on the NAS?

With regard to Outlook, can all 3 computers then share the Outlook file if
stored on the NAS, or would I need to install Exchange Server on the NAS?

Outlook when using a pst cannot be shared natively, also putting the Outlook
pst file on a network or WAN is unsupported, Exchange will need to be
installed to Windows Server software, there are tools available that may do
what you want check here for more information
