Outlook Address Book replication errors...

Hi everybody,

In outlook 2003 client, when I clic on "Adress Book", and then consult
the "Global Address List", I can't see new users added recently in
Active Directory (few days ago). I have forced an entire replication,
but new users still not appears.
In C:\Documents and Settings\pbrayet\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook, I can see 5 .OAB files. If I delete them and
launch Outlook after, then I access the online AOB ('cause .OAB files
are no longer presents in my hard drive), and am abble to see new users
(directly from server provider). But if I ask for a local replication,
I lose new users...

Any ideas ?

Thanks for your replies guys...

Contact your mail admin to check how often an offline address book is being
generated of the Global Address List.

I am the mail admin !!!
The repplication between servers (PDC...) is ok.
The manual offline address book replication doesn't change anything...

Yes it does; if your Exchange doesn't create a correct offline address book
Outlook or at the proper intervals Outlook info will be outdated. Usually it
schould be up-to-date in less than 48 hours. You my want to ask in an
Exchange newsgroup for support on checking the proper creation of the
offline address book.
