Greetings
I have just upgraded a user on a stand alone WinXP machine from Outlook 2000
to Outlook 2003.
Previously, the user was dragging messages from her Inbox to folders on her
hard drive by having Outlook 2000 open in one window of the left hand side
of the screen and Windows Explorer open on the right hand side. She would
then populate folders with emails from the inbox by simply dragging them
across.
However, having upgraded her to Outlook 2003, when she attempts to drag an
email to a folder on her C drive, she gets the following error:
"Not enough storage is available to process this command."
Environment: One PST file that is 1.1 Gb in size with one POP3 account.
Any thoughts/suggestions/comments greatly appreciated.
TX in advance
