"From" field changes to "To"

OK, here's a really strange one. Outlook 2003 - one of my users reports that
about once a month the "From" field changes to "To" in ALL of her screens
(Inbox, created folders, etc.) and she has to manually change each one back
to "From". I just scratched my head when she told me this and told her I
would post about it. Any thoughts?

Sounds like something is modifying the deefault "Messages" view. Reset that
view rather than modifying each folder separately.
