I have 48 receptionists who have individual windows logon's. They are members
of a windows security group with full access for the exchange 2003 mailbox.
Although they can logon to the domain without problem and can see and receive
email. They cannot send email, they do not have permission to send on behalf
of this user, I believe that to mean that the receptionists account cannot
send for the logged on user. Anyone else had this problem?

Thre is no problem, the 48 receptionists are all using the same mailbox, they
need send on behalf of permission for the user associated with that mailbox.
