No I do actually mean vertical ruler. In an ordinary Word document the
vertical ruler is visible on the left and the tab selector is above it. In
Outlook if you hover your cursor near where the tab selector should be it
will tell you which tab is selected but you can't get to the tab selector
button to make a selection. Can you change the Outlook view so that you can
see the vertical ruler and the tab selection button?
Aha, that button. No, I can't make it visible either. However, when you
hover on the spot you can see which tab is selected and when you click there
it works at the tab selector. Not a pretty solution but it's better than
nothing.
