Outlook 2007 doesnt receive all mail

Just loaded Outlook 2007 onto my Vista laptop. After some juggleing I have
managed to set up two POP mail based email addresses under one profile. So to
test the system I have been sending messages to and from a hotmail live
account I have. If I send to both addresses, only one arrives in the inbox. I
fI sedn seperate messages to it - only the one to the other account comes
through???? So each account will receive some messages indicating the set up
is right but not on every occasion. Anyone got any suggestions for this?

Have you also installed Microsoft Outlook Connector? If not do so now
and see if OL works now.

I would also add that all your emails will go into one inbox unless you
setup appropriate filters for your HOTMAIL pop accounts. This only
applies to hotmail account because the system used by M$ is not
"standard" like other ISPs. I use yahoo.co.uk and it works normally
even in Outlook Express. All folders are downloaded but this does not
apply to stupid hotmail accounts.

I always recommend people to use Windows Live Mail for hotmail accounts
because this requires nothing else NOT EVEN THE CONNECTOR and it is
still free as it should be!!
