Outlook 2007 distribution list

We have set up several distribution lists on my friends computer, but outlook
will not send out the mass mailing, and the largest list is under 50
addresses. She is only sending Text messages at this time. Help?

Offics Small Business 2007 with Business Contact Manager. We are not using
the Contact Manager yet.

The entier list comes back as undeliverable. I will get you details asap.
