outlook 2007 did not close properly

We have tried everything we could possible try and some of our end users are
still getting outlook did not close properly . We are running Outlook 2007
Service Pack 1 in cache mode using unicode OST file. This is on windows
XP service Pack 2 OS.

Diane,

Still the problem occurs, I checked the add-ins and I don't really see any
add-ins that would cause this. Is there any way to export the add-ins so I
could post them here?
