Outlook 2007 cannot start

When I try to open O/Look I get this message: 'Cannot start MO Outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook window'. I have run the diagnostic test and there
appears to be nothing wrong. I have also done a repair.

Did Outlook work before? Is this a new installation? Did you run a repair of
Outlook or the PST? Are there any errors in the event viewer? Have you tried
creating a new profile for Outlook to use?
