outlook 2007- blank messages.

I have got a problem with outlook 2007. After receiving messages I can't
read them. They are blank with no text. I can open attachments only. In
received messages I get information: report rendering problem. I am reporting
but there is no response. The same happenswhen I am sending message.
Receipients can't see any text.

Turn off email scanning in your antivirus program. You'll still be protected by its other features + Outlook's built-in security.

thank you. it works now. I have to wait for AVG add ins upgrade working with

Have you already disabled your anti-virus scanner Outlook plugin?
Especially if you have AVG?

You're welcome!

Don't bother on waiting; Outlook build in security features + the on access
scanner of your virusscanner is enough. Integration doesn't add an extra
layer of proptection; just overhead.

HAD THE SAME WITH AVG EMAIL SCANNING ON....have reported it to them with no
answer yet....

ALSO

Since I had my email server accounts set to KEEP MESSAGES ON SERVER...I was
able to get all my email again BY DELETING THE ACCOUNTS AND RECREATING THEM,
THEN DOING A SEND/RECEIVE AGAIN.
