Outlook 2007 Auto Archive Modify Date Problem

Hello everyone
I am currently having trouble with Outlook 2007 and Auto Archiving.
The company policy at where i work at states that we have to archive
all email older then 6 months. Unfortunately due to Auto Archiving
of Outlook, it would only archive only some emails that are older
then
6 months. I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution to force
outlook 2007 to Auto Archive base on received date and not on modify
date.

We are currently using Kerio as our mail server at the moment but
we are about to migrate to exchange 2007 in a month. So would there
be anyway for us to set this up with exchange 2007 if there are no
solutions from the client level?

seehttp://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.asp. ArchiveAssist will
work on received date.  You could also use advanced find and move them to an
archive folder yourself.

So there is basally no way to do it with either outlook 2007 or some
setting within exchange?
I do not want to do it manually as that would mean me going to every
single client in the office
and manually moving them every week :p

Correct.

Exchange supports Mailbox manager, so yes, you could do it within exchange,
but your options would be to delete the items or move them to a folder, not
move to a pst. If you want to by an archive utility for exchange, you can
archive from exchange to other formats.

Your company should have a retention policy and archive the messages that
qualify and delete everything else.
