Outlook 2003

We have exchange server 2003 with 100 Cal.
Currently I am using outlook express as a pop3 client.
Now I want to use Outlook 2003 at client side, so my question is do we need
to buy any licenses for outlook 2003 or my exchange CAL is enough.

You have to have a license for Office, which includes Outlook. Then an
Exchange license, and of course Exchange CALs. You may also require a Windows
server license and server CALs. You likely have a select licensing agreement
with Microsoft, call your Microsoft software vendor and ask them to list what
is required.
