Outlook 2007 & Exchange 2003 CAL Question

My company just bought several licences for Office 2007 Pro Plus and
will be installing Office 2003 across the company (yes 2003 not 2007).

In discussing with my IT staff about having at least Outlook 2007 they
told me to research the licencing requirements and they would consider
it.

I will have a legitimate license of Outlook 2007 for the desktop. Do
we/I need a new CAL if we/I are using Outlook 2007 to connect to an
Exchange 2003 box or are our current Exchange CALS sufficient?

Make sence?

Thanks,

Chris

No, if you currently have a CAL for Exchange 2003 and a license for Outlook
2007 you're fine.
