Outlook 2003/XP problem

I have one user who has Outlook 2003/XP and has a problem sending HTML
messages. Now, I know a lot of people don't like HTML messages, but
it's a fact of life that people like 'em. He's using MS Word to edit
his email messages, and for some reason, whenever he tries to send an
HTML message, Word/Outlook gives him an "unspecified error" message.
He can send out Rich Text messages just fine, but any time he tries an
HTML message, he gets that "unspecified error" pop-up message from MS
Word. Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it? He's the only
user with that problem, but he's a VP, so I'd really like to fix
it. :)
