outlook 2003 using signatures

Before my computer crashed a month ago, I had notes below as a
"signature" whereas I could insert it into any email I wanted. I do
not have this feature any more and do not know how to make a
"signature" out of this list. Can anyone help? outlook 2003 exchange
server 2003

You abused signatures for text-blocks? In that case you must set Outlook as
the email editor.
If you want to do it properly you can use AutoText and in that case you must
set Word as your email editor.

Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
