Outlook 2003 uses US spelling when replying

When I reply to an email, Outlook 2003 fires up Word 2003 to compose the
reply. But the default spelling language appears to be US not UK and changes
some words like "Realise". My Word 2003 NORMAL.DOT file is configured for UK
correctly and when I compose it's fine, just when replying.

Any ideas how to change this?
