Outlook 2003 Upgrade - Cannot Send Attachments

After upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003, Outlook
will no longer send attachments. The error is "553
Relaying denied". This is a POP/SMTP mail account. Nothing
in the MS Knowledgebase. Anybody have any thoughts?

no help but sympathy. cant send attach.either but diff.
error message. time out message.
