Outlook 2003 unspecified error

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why I have unspecified error when I try to attaché a
document (specially a PDF) or when I try to forward a mail?

Unknown at this point, have you tried a detect/repair of Office/Outlook
2003?

Does the same thing happen in safe mode?
How to start Outlook in safe mode.
Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe > OK button
