Outlook 2003 unexpectedly shuts down???

Greetings

I have recently begun to experience something unusual in that Outlook 2003
just stops running. No rhyme or reason, it just terminates. No error message
or other clue is published that I'm aware of. This has begun recently after
I upgraded the O/S to XP Pro from Home. Didn't a clean install but chose the
update option during setup.

Any suggestions???
