Hello,

From what I've read, this may be possible, but probably beyond my
capabilities. We have a third party document comparison software that we use
(Workshare), and once the software has compared the documents we have an
option to email the comparison. However, when emailing this way, our
signatures do not appear, and the bosses that be would like it to, as we're
supposed to have a disclaimer appear at the bottom of each email that is sent
out of the office.

If the option to have a signature appear is feasible, I basically need
"directions for dummies", please!

Thanks!

Your software or the mail server will need to add it, then. From what I've
read, the interface used to programmatically control Outlook doesn't connect
with the portion of Outlook that controls formatting and signature addition.
