Outlook 2003: receive same email more than 5 times?

Hi,
recently, some of our employees when they are receiving email, they keep
receiving it for like 5 or more times, we have outlook configured to leave
copy in the server and at the same time we don’t delete the emails from the
server.
I already configured the server to delete the emails after it take backup
for it every week.
This problem just start to happen recently and now it is happening with 3 of
our employees. Every time someone sends them email it keeps downloading them
for like 5 times or more.
Any idea what cause this? How to fix this problem.

What type of mail server are you running? You're using a POP3 mail account
type?
