How to avoid - receiving same email may times?

Hi,

Recently we have installed new exchange server in our office.

After that, I am receiving the same email messages many times. I am using
Outlook 2003 to download my emails.

How to avoid this? Anyone pls help me to solve this issue.

If you're using an Exchange server, how would Outlook be downloading
anything? What type of account are you using?
